A Personal Approach to the Places You Call Home

For years, JGJS Architecture has been the home for all my projects—partnering with developers to bring larger-scale visions to life. That work continues to thrive, and I’m incredibly proud of the new-build developments we’ve delivered. JGJS Architecture has also had the privilege of working with domestic clients providing individualised extensions, remodelling and new homes and its now time for those private clients to have their own space in my business.

That is why I am thrilled to officially launch James Spiteri—Your Architect for Life, a new, dedicated brand focused exclusively on my personal clients.
Why a new brand? Residential projects—whether it’s a bespoke extension, a transformative loft conversion, or a wholesale renovation—require a different kind of energy. They aren't just "sites"; they are the backdrops for your family’s most precious experiences.
The James Spiteri—Your Architect for Life brand is built on: The Personal Touch: You work directly with me. I want to understand how your family lives, how you use your kitchen on a Sunday morning, and where the kids will play. Family-First Design: We aren't just adding square footage; we are creating spaces for memories, growth, and connection. Seamless Transitions: From the first sketch to the final build, I provide a “complete lifecycle" service, navigating the complexities of planning, building regulations and working with builders so you don't have to.

JGJS will continue to champion our corporate and developer partnerships, but for those looking to reimagine their own home, it’s now personal.

I’m excited to help more of you turn your houses into the homes you’ve always dreamed of.
