The Vision: Five Detached 'Modern Barn' Residences

This isn't just a housing project; it's a sustainability-driven masterplan. Located in a stunning semi-rural setting, we are creating five bespoke detached homes that respect their surroundings while utilising cutting-edge construction technology.

Why they chose SIPs (Structurally Insulated Panels)

• To meet our green credentials, the houses are being constructed using SIP Frames. For those unfamiliar with the tech, SIPs are a high-performance building system that offers:

  • Superior Thermal Performance: Up to 50% more energy-efficient than traditional timber framing.

  • Air Tightness: Dramatically reducing heat loss and energy bills for future residents.

Project Status & Timeline

We have completed the technical design, and the site is already clear following a successful demolition phase. We’ve also cleared the archaeological investigation and are currently awaiting the final sign-off on drainage designs and the discharge of planning conditions.
